The St George Creative Art and Craft Centre Inc was established in 1978 to provide a venue for local artists. We provide excellent, low-cost art and craft classes to the community. We offer fun and friendly classes which provide a very social atmosphere along with the excellent tuition. Adult classes are held day and evening, and after school art classes for children.

Our tutors are talented, experienced artists who have exhibited nationally and are recognised for their awards and prizes in their field.

 

Our children's classes have an excellent reputation in the St George area and provide the children with a stimulating outlet for their creativity.

The Centre celebrates two festivals throughout the year offering entertainment, handmade arts and crafts, sausage sizzle which coincides with an Open Day earlier in the year and our Annual Exhibition is held in November.

Several times a year the Centre runs a bus trip to popular Art & Craft Markets, travelling as far as Berry, our most favourite destination. These bus trips are fun and well received.
